At Meena Fragrances, we value customer satisfaction and product quality. Please read our return policy carefully before placing an order.

Returns Eligibility

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

The item must be damaged during transit or received in defective condition

All original labels, seals, and packaging must be intact

Proof of purchase is required

For hygiene and safety reasons, used or opened perfumes are not eligible for return or refund.

Return Request Process

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery by email with the following details:

Order ID

Clear photos and/or video showing the damage

A brief description of the issue

Return Approval & Refunds

Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions for the return

After receiving and inspecting the item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment

Shipping charges are non-refundable

Important Notes

Returns without prior approval will not be accepted

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions
