• Spray 2–3 times from about 15 cm away on your wrists, inner elbows and chest.

• Spray a little on your clothes too. Fragrance lasts longest on fabric. On light or delicate fabric, test a hidden spot first.

• Apply right after a shower, on clean, moisturised skin.

• Don't rub your wrists together. It breaks down the top notes faster.

• Store the bottle away from sunlight and heat, with the cap closed.

• Dispatch: within 1–2 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays).

• Delivery: 3–5 business days after dispatch, depending on your pincode.

• Every order ships with tracking through our courier partners.

• Cash on Delivery: available across India. For some orders, we ask for a small advance online (partial COD) and you pay the rest in cash on delivery. If this applies to your order, you'll see the exact advance amount at checkout before you place the order.

• Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary slightly due to courier availability.

If something goes wrong with your order, we will make it right.

• Full refund if: your product arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, or your order is not delivered.

• How to request: email ecommerce@meenafragrances.com or call 9925146313 (11 AM–7 PM) with your order ID, the reason, and photos/videos for damaged or incorrect items.

• Time limit: report damaged or incorrect items within 48 hours of delivery. Report a non-delivered order as soon as tracking shows a delay or failed delivery.

• Refunds: once approved, prepaid orders are refunded to the original payment method within 7 business days. Cash on Delivery orders are refunded to your UPI ID or bank account.

• Used or opened products are not eligible for return unless they arrived damaged, defective or incorrect.

Is Cash on Delivery available?
Yes. For some orders, a small advance is paid online and the rest in cash on delivery (partial COD). You'll see this at checkout before you place the order. You can also pay fully by UPI, card or wallet.

When will I get my order?
Orders are dispatched in 1–2 business days and usually delivered 3–5 business days after dispatch.

Are the products original?
Yes. All our products are 100% original and quality-checked before they ship.

What if it arrives damaged?
Email ecommerce@meenafragrances.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order ID and photos, and we will refund you in full.
